Tips to bring the outdoors inside home

A week ago, I told you about fall season and how you could bring it into your home, and how to achieve it by: transmitting sensations … “What is essential is invisible to the eyes” Do you remember?Nature is a great source of textures, patterns, beauty and sensations. If you tell me you wouldn´t like to bring the outdoors inside your home, I dare you’re lying to me 😀 Personally, I would love to have that feeling of relaxation, luminosity and tranquility that nature gives to the house (of course without the bugs because I don’t like them)

Starting from our basic principle – what is essential is invisible to the eyes – I bring you some tips to have a piece of paradise at home by bringing the outdoors inside.

POTS AND PLANTS

Let’s start by bringing greenery to the house! Not only it will make your home more beautiful, but it will also purify the air. If you are the kind of people – like my mom – who is not good at taking care of several plants at once, then you can choose to put some artificial plants.

Remember that we shouldn’t exaggerate in quantity, but give it a nice overview, with its precise dose of greenery.

GALLERY WALL

To give more originality to your spaces, you can always use pictures and accessories to hang on some wall of your house. You´ll see how it makes a difference!

You can use pictures with patterns of flowers or leaves, as well as mirrors or baskets. To choose the range of colors of the paintings you can select a color palette inspired by a natural landscape. If you want something soberer, then you can use monochromatic frames.

TEXTURES AND ACCESSORIES

Of course, I cannot finish this post without mentioning these dear elements that undoubtedly play a very important role in every interior decoration: the accessories, textures or patterns.

Use accessories that are made of natural materials such as stone, leather, wood or woven in its most natural state, you can also choose to use floral patterns or nature motifs in cushions, sheets or curtains.

If you are one of the riskiest and color-loving, you can use floral wallpaper on a wall.

All this made me think that I would love to try to make a decorative accessory that evokes nature.

Would not you dare to bring your home to life with an accessory made by yourself? I do!
