Have you ever been surprised with a mural in any of the streets of your city or visiting a city for the first time? Specially those murals that are placed in the least expected places, but at the same time so necessary, otherwise it would be a large empty wall. They always call my attention and I love to appreciate them. But it is also subject to debate by another group of people who don’t consider it an artistic expression. But we’re not going to discuss that, here on the blog we appreciate every expression that is made with the heart ?
There are many elements that are taken into consideration to make a mural. For example, in the scale that will be used, by this I mean the proportion of the size of the drawing with the size of the person who sees it from a distance. Also, how the it is integrated with its surroundings and with the rest of the facades that are around it. The colors and the design say a lot about what the author of the mural wants to express with it.

I think street art like murals is amazing. THey add color and vibrancy to a city. I have to admit that I do not like graffitti though.
